We are currently looking for a District Account Manager in California to join our team with responsibility of digital imaging products for photo specialty accounts. Manager must be able to manage the entire sales cycle and flow of information; demonstrate the accuracy and timeliness of territory forecasts, and through forecasting and monitoring sell-thru, be able to maximize inventory turns at all accounts and at the same time be able to maximize sales to achieve budgets. Manager must have the accuracy and timeliness of tracking/updating all promotional, instant savings and any other miscellaneous advertising/marketing funds while working with the accounts, and credit departments to keep the amount of deductions to a minimum, and reducing credits risk by monitoring financial stability of all accounts.
Ideal candidate must have 2 + years’ sales and/or account management experience with a BS in Business preferred. Candidate must have working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. They must have the ability to understand sales cycle and qualify leads and possess extensive knowledge of Nikon Inc. photographic product line. They must have excellent presentation, public speaking, communication, organization and time management skills and have the ability to travel up to 40% (including overnight travel).
