Amazing! This lense is amazing. I am by no means an expert photographer but I can take photos that look like one took them. I hardly use the other two lenses. I highly recommend this lense. Just a tidbit I learned about from Fort Worth Camera. There is an adapter u can buy for this camera that allows u to use any Nikon lense. If u are in FW, I highly recommend this store. I bought my lense there. I could not find it where I lived. They are hard to find. May 14, 2012
Wow, great lens for video I have used this lens to make several videos. It works great on the V1, smooth zooming and extremely quiet. I would recommend this lens to anyone planning to use the V1 for video. March 24, 2012

Answer:
The 1 series of lenses would not work on any F mount body because the image circle of the 1 series lenses is too small for the larger sensors used in F mount bodies.

Answer:
The FT1 Mount adapter is only for the Nikon 1 cameras. Unfortunately we cannot speculate about future products until official information is announced on our web site: www.nikonusa.com.
